  • Multilingual Learners: provide an assessment of services with instructional recommendations inclusive of walkthroughs, observation tools, coaching in ESL and across contents for all multilingual learners inclusive of SLIFE, Newcomers, Gifted. 
  • Multilingual Learners with Disabilities: assess systemic programs, structures, opportunities for

  • Targeted professional learning: develop and facilitate professional learning modules, advising and/or coaching targeted to specific audiences, org needs and/or roles.
  • Curriculum design: create and design a student responsive curriculum, lessons and materials to respond to students’ stories, sources, images, perspectives with core mentor texts aligned to grade level standards with built in scaffolds and supports.
  • Instructional materials: review and/or convene materials adoption review teams for current or new materials adoption aligned to national criterias to meet needs of all learners.   
  • Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS): create and implement a systemic approach for MTSS with appropriate tiered supports, services, programs and student success teams in order to monitor and evaluate progress across tiers for all learners. 
  • Social emotional learning, mental health and behavioral health continuum:  facilitate and coach district staff, families and communities on the preventative care to improve the well-being of students through intersectional framing and action plan. 
  • Data inquiry: facilitate and coach teams using data inquiry cycles to improve instructional practice based on an instructional focus and problem of practice.

  • Family and community partnerships: facilitate professional development for staff, families and communities as a collective body and support school staff with assessing family engagement and implementing action planning to improve partnership.
